Amadeo Azar, an artist who, through his mastery of watercolor, explores the formation of personal and collective identity at the intersection of histories embodied in the landscape and in the visual languages of Latin American Modernism.
Fernanda Laguna, considered one of the most influential Argentine artists of her generation, Laguna will soon inaugurate a retrospective exhibition at one of the major regional museums, the Museo de Arte Latinoamericano de Buenos Aires (MALBA), produced in collaboration with the Museo Centro de Arte Reina Sofía in Madrid, where it will be presented in March 2027.
Juan Tessi, a painter whose experimental approach is characterized by the creation of an idiosyncratic visual language that activates the constitutive elements of painting and articulates a poetics interwoven with the realm of the drives.
Rosana Schoijett, an artist working from photography, whose intricate and labor-intensive collages—made from pages cut with a scalpel and hand-stitched—are both enigmatic and striking. A selection of these works formed the inaugural exhibition at MALBA’s new Puertos venue one year ago.
